Yes, we offer both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. With OEM, you provide the design and we manufacture to your specifications. With ODM, our design team works with you to create new products from concept to finished goods. Both services include full private label packaging.

Standard sample development takes 14-30 working days after design confirmation. For complex designs involving new molds or special materials, it may take 50-60 working days. We offer up to 2 rounds of free sample revisions to ensure the product meets your exact specifications.

Production lead time depends on order quantity and complexity. For standard orders (1,200-10,000 pairs), production typically takes 45 days after sample approval. For larger orders (10,000-30,000 pairs), allow 60 days. Rush orders can be accommodated with advance planning.

Absolutely! We welcome factory visits and encourage clients to see our production capabilities firsthand. Our factory is located in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, China. We can arrange airport pickup, factory tours, and meetings with our R&D and production teams. Please contact us at least one week in advance to schedule your visit.

We implement a rigorous multi-stage quality control process: incoming material inspection, in-line production checks, and final AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment. Our in-house testing lab is certified to ISO, SATRA, and GB/T standards. Third-party inspection is also welcome.

Pricing depends on several factors: shoe type and complexity, materials used, order quantity, packaging requirements, and customization level. We provide detailed quotes after reviewing your design specifications. Volume discounts are available for larger orders.

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment as our standard term. For established clients, we can discuss L/C (Letter of Credit) arrangements. We also accept PayPal for sample orders. All payments are in USD.

For standard samples using existing molds and materials, the sample fee typically ranges from $100-$800 per pair depending on complexity. The sample fee is fully refundable against your first bulk order.

We offer flexible shipping terms including FOB Xiamen/Quanzhou, CIF to your destination port, and DDP for door-to-door delivery.
